Yes and they quite happily play the same media from any of my devices with media on without needing a new 'revolutionary' apple standard, why not make apple devices support DLNA out the box.

I checked the update pace for Mac OS X 10.4.
29/04/2005: 10.4.0
17/05/2005: 10.4.1 (+ 18 days)
12/07/2005: 10.4.2 (+ 56 days)
31/10/2005: 10.4.3 (+ 111 days)
11/01/2006: 10.4.4 (+ 72 days)
14/02/2006: 10.4.5 (+ 34 days)
03/04/2006: 10.4.6 (+ 48 days)

I drove past a station today; 218.9 NZ cents per litre (US$6.15 per gallon). I remember when it was 90.9...
If my math was right then that would've been about $2.55 US per gallon. I remember that as well and less.

Ummm...sounds like something al sharpton would say. That's a load of crap. What do you mean they don't have the power to? We're not talking about racism coming from the government, which is predominantly white in the US. We're talking about, for example, say black people are dining in a restaurant, and they have an issue with white people. They leave their white waitress a horrible tip just because they figure "oh well, her ancestors may have held ours as slaves, so i don't feel bad leaving her a bad tip". Looks like an excellent update. By the looks of things they've reduced the system requirements, which may mean it will be less of a resource hog.
The MacBook is now officially supported, along with older PowerPC models too.
Kudos to Apple for making it a free update, although there'd have justifiably been an outcry if it wasn't.
Edit: RAW support updates also point to OS X 10.4.8 being released this week too (as per previous poster's observation).

I had a few GA�s and I think I�ve had both gas and IV�s.
Whichever you have it�s normal for the doctor (I�ll not try to attempt and spell anestithologist <that�s why) to ask you to count down from ten, you won�t make seven before you�re under.
While you�re under you don�t dream, or at least I never have.
Coming round is the weird part as it�s not like waking up from sleep, it�s like when you are so tired you can�t keep your eyes open. You know when you�re sat in front of TV at night and the shopping channel comes on and you�re powerless to even lift the remote but can see the horror in front of you.
You�ll come round from the drugs like this and then drift back off to �normal� sleep ie sleep your body�s decided you need as opposed to drug induced.
Waking from that sleep is fairly normal except you�ll have to deal with the pain of whatever operation you just had. :(
OK, so it's like when I have insomnia and take 2mgs of Xanax and feel like I weigh 500 pounds the next morning and can't get up.

Maybe I'm reading the letter wrong or perhaps just missing the point but it seems to me that Apple isn't claiming either the term "podcast ready" or "mypodder" but actually trying to stop Infostructure Solutions Inc from registering them as trademarks.
If Infostructure Solutions are successful in their application they'd be able to stop Apple and anybody else for that matter from using either of terms (or anything closely related). The letter makes it clear it doesn't object to the use of Podcast Ready as the company's name just to it's application to trademark the name.
It seems to me that Apple are the good guys here for once, slapping down a company that is trying to trademark terms that are already in use albeit in a niche market!

I need to pick up not one, but two (honesty to the extreme) Leopard family packs � does anyone think Apple will take pity on me and give me two shirts (one for the person I'm buying a family pack for)?
